On this first Sunday of Lent, we take a closer look at the time that Jesus was anointed with oil by a sinful woman while he was a guest at Simon's dinner party. We see the acceptance of Jesus in his reaction. When we are in desperate circumstances, Jesus cares and he comes alongside to heal.
