Dan Ikenouye

Pastor

dan@crossroads-communitychurch.org

Dan was the first Youth Pastor at Crossroads in 1991-1996 and returns as our Lead Pastor in September, 2023. He loves the outdoors, and while Pastoring a church in Northern Alberta, he took up fishing. More recently, he has enjoyed taking up disc golfing. His first trade was carpentry and Dan still enjoys plying his skills in home projects.

Dan is most passionate about the renewal of God’s church and helping people abide in Christ and to hear his voice. A verse that has spoken deeply to him in recent years is  John 15:4-5, “Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear much fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear much fruit unless you remain in me. I am the vine; you are the branches, If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing."

Yvonne is our church administrator.  She keeps the oil in the machinery of managing an active congregation and a church building that serves in many ways as a community centre.

Christian Education Director

kimmie@crossroads-communitychurch.org

Kimberly Cameron grew up in Northern BC, with her parents and two brothers, who are both married with children. She loves being an Auntie!

Kimberly attended Peace River Bible Institute, graduating in 2013 with a 4 year Bachelor of Religious Education in Christians Ministries with a Counselling Minor. She moved to the Calgary area in the summer of 2013 to work with ACTION Ventures, where she was for 5 years. During that time Kimberly had the opportunity to train and lead teams of young people overseas, sharing their stories, what God is doing in their lives, and who He is.

For the last 7 years she’s been attending Crossroads Community Church, which she finds to be welcoming and real, and is blessed to be a part of it. Fun fact: Kimberly met her husband, Jeremy, at Crossroads. She’s gotten to be part of many different areas of ministry here at Crossroads, and is thankful for the opportunity to serve as Christian Education Director position with the amazing Sunday school leaders and teachers!
