Our Pastoral team is made up of Doug Schroeder and John Estabrooks.
Doug Schroeder - Lead Pastor
In January 2003, Doug Schroeder joined the staff as Lead Pastor. Doug has attended Crossroads for nearly 26 years while being involved in teaching at area Bible colleges and in sales and sales management with a national food company. Doug’s wife Dorial continues to work as an early childhood educator. Together the Schroeder’s have three grown children; Brock (Meagan), Carmen and Gayle.
John Estabrooks - Pastor
John Estabrooks and his wife Jennifer, came to Crossroads in October 1998. While John pastors, Jennifer works as a part-time administrative assistant and freelance photographer. John and Jennifer have two children; Stephen and Rachel.
Andrew Houston - Youth Pastor
After several years of attending Crossroads as a teen and college student, Andrew Houston joined the staff in May 2007, giving focus to the youth ministry and continuing his college education. His wife, Sarah, is once again involved in the music ministry at Crossroads, having served as a music intern in the summer of 2006.
Denyse Chase - Office Administrator
Denyse Chase has served in the office since August 2006, when she took over the office administrator responsibilities. No stranger to church office work, Denyse actually served as Crossroads’ first secretary before her husband, Sherwin, was transferred out of the country for work. Sherwin and Denyse have two adult sons as well as two granddaughters.
Yvonne Francisco - Bookkeeper
Yvonne and her husband, Russ, have been familiar faces around Crossroads for a number of years, with both volunteering a great deal of time and energy to the finance ministry of the church. In August 2006 Yvonne teamed up with Denyse Chase to in a job-share situation to address our office needs. While most of her time is focused on the books, you can often find Yvonne fielding calls, greeting visitors and creating a welcome environment for those she meets.
