Before we come together for our morning service, classes for children, teens, and adults are held throughout our buildings, led by capable, committed teachers.
Sunday Morning Service 10:45 am
Our service is modern with an infusion of traditional music. The music, dramas, special features and a weekly message are all intended to foster a hunger for God. A fully-staffed nursery is available during the service for your convenience.
Small Groups
A network of vibrant relationships, made most obvious by our small group ministry, holds the people of Crossroads Church together. These groups meet regularly to talk about life, study the Bible, pray for each other and help those in need. It is our hope that in time everyone at Crossroads will find themselves in a group, enjoying these same deep friendships. For more info, call the church office.
Ladies Cafe
Once a month the ladies of Crossroads and the surrounding community come together for an evening of connection over refreshments - with special features or a ‘faith story’ included each month. Cost for the evening is only $3, so not only can you affod to come, you can even invite a friend!
For Men
Each week a small group of men get together to encourage one another and spend time looking into God’s word and discussing how it can be applied to their lives. Other activities such as men’s breakfasts and “Boys Night Out,” are also held from time to time. Call the office for details.
Teens: Youth Group
We are thrilled to welcome Pastor Allan Lambie on staff, and look forward to what he has planned for our youth ministry. Call the church to talk to Allan or watch the calendar on this website for upcoming youth events.
Teens: Cornerstone Youth Centre
A ministry partner of Crossroads, Cornerstone Youth Centre (located at 904-19th Street NE) provides a safe and caring environment for jr-high teens in and around our community. College & Career: ‘To Be Determined’
Each Wednesday evening our C&C group gathers at the home of Pastor John & Jennifer Estabrooks (615 templeside Road NE) to connect with each other and God through prayer, study and refreshments! Based on 1 John 3:2, ‘To Be Determined’ is a place to work through some of the big questions of young adult life in the security of a safe community of friends.
Mustard Seed Crew
Once a month a committed team of individuals plans, organizes, cooks and serves a meal to about 500 people at the downtown Mustard Seed. Call the office for more details on our next service date.
Seniors: Young At Heart
An active group of seniors meet one Saturday each month for an afternoon gathering involving music, special features and - what else - food!
Choir!
For the more musically inclined, we offer our own Crossroads Choir! Beginning in the fall of ‘09, the choir meets thursday evenings at 7:00 pm in the sanctuary.
