Service with Faith Academy
Tom & Wendy Ballentyne serve as boarding home parents for missionary children at Faith Academy in Manilla, Philippines, and serve missionary families from all over South Asia.
The boarding home they are responsible for is home to high school girls from grade 9 to 12. They usually have around 15 living with them.
The question often asked is, "What does a boarding home parent do?" They respond, "Whatever parents do, we do. We team up with the parents who have entrusted their daughters to our care while they are at school, embracing them into our very large family!"
